Participating in an online exercise class is easy. Just follow these simple steps.



Choose Frequency

Decide whether you will attend 1, 2, or 3 classes per week on a month-to-month basis. The Monday and Thursday classes are suitable for everyone. The Saturday class may not be appropriate for people who dislike getting up and down off the floor. Click here for class info.



Use the contact page to register for class. I will ask you to complete an exercise readiness questionnaire that lets me know whether you have any injuries, medical conditions, or other concerns that I should be aware of. After reviewing it, I will send you a Zoom link that you can use to join the class.



Use the Zoom link to join a class! Enjoy the process as you improve your cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle strength, muscle endurance, balance, and flexibility. Enjoy the mental and physical health benefits that come from exercising regularly.



What do you need?

To get the most out of class you will need enough space to move around a little bit and some simple equipment. The basics include a sturdy chair, a mat, and a few resistance bands of various strengths (light, medium, heavy).

Other equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, exercise balls, sliders, suspension trainers, pull up bars, skipping ropes, etc. are great if you have them, but not necessary. More exercise equipment gives you more options for trying different exercises and finding what works best for you, but don't go breaking the bank buying everything right away! Start with the basics listed above and consider branching out as your fitness, experience, and curiosity grow.
