EXERCISE CLASSES ON YOUR COMPUTER OR TABLET

Participating in an online exercise class is easy. Just follow these simple steps.

How it Works: How It Works

Choose Frequency

Decide whether you will attend 1 or 2 classes per week on a month-to-month basis. Scroll down for class descriptions and prices.

Register

Use the contact page to register for class. I will ask you to complete an exercise readiness questionnaire that lets me know whether you have any injuries, medical conditions, or other concerns that I should be aware of. After reviewing it, I will send you a Zoom link that you can use to join the class.

Exercise

Use the Zoom link to join a class! Enjoy the process as you improve your cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle strength, muscle endurance, balance, and flexibility. Enjoy the mental and physical health benefits that come from exercising regularly.

EXERCISE EQUIPMENT

What do you need?

To get the most out of class you will need enough space to move around a little bit and some simple equipment. The basics include a sturdy chair, a mat, and a few resistance bands of various strengths (light, medium, heavy).

Other equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, exercise balls, sliders, suspension trainers, pull up bars, skipping ropes, etc. are great if you have them, but not necessary. More exercise equipment gives you more options for trying different exercises and finding what works best for you, but don't go breaking the bank buying everything right away! Start with the basics listed above and consider branching out as your fitness, experience, and curiosity grow.

EXERCISE FOR LIFE

An approachable group exercise class designed for people living with and beyond cancer and chronic diseases. All ages, fitness levels, and abilities welcome! Exercises are modified to suit each participant.

On hiatus

SMORGASBORD

A slightly more advanced group exercise class for those who want to experiment a little bit. Involves more monkey business and a less predictable structure than Exercise for Life. Not suitable for those who dislike getting up and down off the floor.
